Pricing Structure

• Minimum Charge: Projects up to 1545 sq. ft. are charged a minimum of $849 (for CAD) or $1,020 (for Revit).
• Larger Projects: For areas exceeding 1545 sq. ft., the rate is $0.55 per sq. ft. for CAD and $0.66 per sq. ft. for Revit files.

Deliverables

• CAD or Revit File: We provide either a CAD or Revit file based on your project requirements.
• PDF File: A PDF file is always included for easy reference.

Turnaround Time

• Standard Delivery: Receive your deliverables within 7 days after the site measurement.
• Expedited Service: Need faster results? Opt for expedited delivery in 4 days with an additional rush fee of $200.

Scope of Work

• Our services focus on interior floor plan elements (e.g., walls, doors, windows) and do not include structural or exterior features.

Travel and Distance Fees

• First 30 Miles Free: The first 30 miles (roundtrip) from our starting location at 77 Bandol St, Riviera Beach, FL 33404 are included at no extra cost.
• Beyond 30 Miles: A fee of $2.30 per mile applies for distances beyond the initial 30 miles.
